Customer Service Representative
Sarah Halphen has been with the ManagePoint team for 1 year and works as a Customer Service Representative. Her primary duties include quoting new hardware/software for proposals, tracking and quoting hardware/software maintenance renewals, processing accepted quotes into orders for the purchasing team and tracking the flow of equipment via tickets.
Before Sarah worked for ManagePoint, she was a happy and loyal customer, utilizing ManagePoint for her firm's external IT support. As internal IT manager of a small law firm, she worked closely with ManagePoint Project Managers when their computers were compromised by a serious ransomware threat. She found the work so rewarding that she transitioned to ManagePoint on a full time basis.
In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, reading fantasy novels and furthering her knowledge of C+, Python, SQL and HTML programming languages.
